Lee Douthitt


As an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department, Lee Crofton Douthitt represents and advises employers in a wide variety of workplace-related matters. In the context of labor, he assists clients in collective bargaining negotiations and the administration of their collective bargaining agreements, as well as in arbitrating disputes and handling matters before the National Labor Relations Board. With regard to employment law, Lee counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws, and has experience litigating wage and hour, employment discrimination, retaliation and breach of contract claims in single-plaintiff litigation and class and collective actions.

Lee also supports employers in the day-to-day management of the workplace, preparing employee handbooks and other personnel policies, conducting trainings and providing counseling on employment-related decisions.
