David Bayer is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Labor-Management Relations and Employment Litigation & Arbitration Groups. He represents a diverse range of clients, including professional sports leagues and teams, as well as those in the healthcare, real estate and telecommunications industries.

In particular, David represents professional sports leagues, including Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, and the National Basketball Association on labor relations issues in researching and drafting briefs and memorandums. David also represents these clients in a variety of employment matters, with a focus on wage-and-hour issues.
